Please enter your comment do their very best to convince a potential customer in their capability to handle all the orders in a ninja-like manner: quickly, quietly and efficiently. The essay writing service is offers papers from scratch, editing and proofreading help.

The website struggles to look fun and cheerful. The Ninja character, holding the papers as weapons, vivid combination of yellow and blue – the attempt to impress users with the design was made

The text on the homepage is full of clichés (“Our writers are here to complete your essays with the utmost care and attention to detail”) and simply weirdly unnatural grammar constructions (“They will follow your exact requirements and instructions and will properly format your paper” – MORE “WILL”S. WE. NEED. MORE. “WILL”S.). We just “love” it when people, claiming to be super-experienced-refined-academic professionals write such kind of texts.

Ninja Essays’ pricing system differs from all you’ve ever seen before. They will charge you based on the deadline you set and the quality level you choose: standard, premium or platinum. Basically, the quality levels are the same things as academic levels. Probably, the guys decided that this option sounds better.

Demonstrating different information on the “Prices” page and order form appears to be a common practice. Speaking of the interesting features you can choose on latter, one can point out the “UK writer”, “VIP customer support”, “Top 10 Writers” and “Proofread by editors”. Should you tick all of that, your wallet will get almost $24 lighter.

Ordering a paper with 24-hours deadline you have to be ready to pay:

  • Standard: $34,99;
  • Premium: $36,99;
  • Platinum: $40,99.

Writing Quality

The writing quality is poor. We ordered a book review of a premium quality, and the paper we received was anything but that. Grammar mistakes, typos, hectic formatting – we would rather submit nothing than Ninja Essays’ product. The writer was obviously not a native English speaker, as we’ve stumbled upon tons of strange constructions, that made us wonder what they really meant there.

Customer Support

Having received a paper of such quality, you’d definitely want to discuss possible solutions with a customer support representative. Luckily, we quickly found a person to talk to and explained the whole thing. A nice lady offered us a revision. However the second time we wanted to contact support team, a guy didn’t quite seem to understand what we were saying and was more similar to answering machine, then a real human. That makes our general impression of support closer to negative and makes us doubt that all the staff of are native English speakers.

Conclusions are a bubble, that is quick to explode. Poorly proofread and edited text on the homepage, non-ENL writers, non-ENL customer support representatives. In addition to that, the prices are not quite competitive. Where do all the happy customers come from? That’s the puzzle we don’t even feel like solving.
